Corporate Executive Chef

River Advice, the leading independent manager of passenger ships on inland
waterways is looking for an enthusiastic professional to support our team.

Responsibilities & tasks:

  • Leading and coordination of a multi-unit Culinary Division
  • Selection, training, and in-house development of the Culinary team
  • Create and update Culinary manuals, execute and monitor all standards
  • Develop and monitor menu cycles for different itineraries
  • On-site-visits and active support of the Culinary team on board of the ships
  • Accomplish a set of administrative duties, such as reporting, meetings

Requirements & Skills:

  • Completed culinary education or equivalent training
  • 3-5 years of active professional expertise in Culinary Management
  • Advanced level of spoken and written German and English
  • Proficiency with computers including MS Office on ECDL level
  • Willingness to frequent travel on a single status
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
  • EU Passport
